This weekend, we were in Daytona Beach for the Youth Evangelism Conference put on by the Florida Baptist Convention. We had a lot of fun meeting you all from around the state. Last night’s show with Tree63 was awesome.

A lot of rock music+ministry was done and we got to see God work amazing things through it. Like a man visiting from Poland was walking by the bandshell and heard the message. God spoke to him right there. He felt God’s calling and talked & prayed with someone about following Jesus. It’s completely wonderful how God changes lives on His own unpredictable but perfect timing!

Sad to say, but we messed up for this weekend, too. For the first time in the 7-or-so-year existence of the band, we double-booked. We didn’t realize that the conference went through Sunday morning, so we scheduled ourselves to be with the loving folks of Hope International Church in Groveland. We realized the error on Friday. We are VERY sorry to our family in Christ at Hope International!!! We hope to see them very soon to apologize in person and rock & minister with them again!

We led worship at the UF FCA tonight. Sorry we didn’t get the word out - it was a last second thing. It was a lot of fun though. It’s awesome to see how God is continuing to sustain and work through that ministry. We’re glad that we can still be a part of it.

Folks around Daytona Beach - we’ll be at First Baptist Daytona this Friday & Saturday for an event with the Florida Baptist Convention. Saturday afternoon at 3:00, we’re opening for our friends Tree63 at the Daytona Beach Bandshell!! We’re really looking forward to that.
