Happy Fall Festival or Autumn Celebration or Costume Day or (halloween)! Sorry for using that word - if you need to, please cover it with your mouse cursor as you read this update. Whatever you call today, we hope that you score excellent candy and not the orange & black peanut butter stuff. Oh, and Bit-O-Honey? Why don’t you just pour corn syrup down our mouths?? It’s all about the chocolate, man!

Last weekend we went to Memphis, TN to lead worship at Heartsong Church. This summer, we met the their youth at The Great Escape. It was very fun to see them again and enjoy the hospitality of their church family. We didn’t have time to experience the 3 B’s of Memphis: blues, barbecue, and Beale Street, but hopefully we’ll be back.

Oh, and send all of your Nestlé Crunches to PO Box… just kidding - we’re not going to eat anything that comes in the mail. And kids, neither should you!

It was a really good weekend leading worship at the Florida Navigators State Retreat near Tampa. The band formed by ministering to college students and it’s still a great thing. Plus, the Navs have a very cool ministry model - forming personal relationships with people and ministering through those relationships. We try to do the same thing - that’s why we’re writing this post right now (even though we haven’t been very frequent with the updates!).
